1. About these terms
These terms apply to the app Egg Song (the “App”) and to this website. The App is published by i2p30m (“we”, “us”).
If you download the App from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you download it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where these terms and the store’s terms differ on purchases, payments or refunds, the store’s terms prevail.
How we handle data is described separately in our privacy policy.
2. Your licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App, and any content you unlock, on devices you own or control, for your own household or small-scale use – within the usage rules of the store you downloaded from.
You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the App or its content (including its catalogs in bulk), or reverse-engineer it, except where the law expressly allows it.
3. A notebook, not advice
The App is made for adults. It is a notebook and a reminder tool. The hints it shows – such as care intervals and the note on selling eggs – are short summaries that help you remember; they are not legal, veterinary or other professional advice. Each one names its source and the date we last checked it, but rules and labels change. Always check the current source (for example the act in ISAP, the product label, or your vet and local authority) before you rely on it.
Reminders are delivered by your phone’s system. They may be delayed or silenced by battery saving, “do not disturb” or a disabled notification permission, so please do not rely on them alone for anything with a legal or health deadline.
4. Free content and in-app purchases
- The App is free to download. One flock with all logging – eggs, hens, costs, care and sales – reminders and the 30-day chart are free, with no time limit.
- Pro is an optional one-time purchase that adds more flocks, PDF and CSV export and charts longer than 30 days. What Pro includes is described on the Pro screen in the App.
- Prices are shown in the store in your local currency, including any taxes the store collects. Payment is processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your payment details.
- Purchases are linked to your App Store or Google Play account. You can restore them on other devices using the same store account via “Restore purchases” on the Pro screen. Purchases do not transfer between the App Store and Google Play.
- Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If we ever offer a subscription, its price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown clearly before you buy, and you will be able to cancel it at any time in your store account settings.
5. Refunds and the right of withdrawal
Because purchases are processed by Apple or Google, refunds are handled by them under their policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases, or from your Google Play order history for Google Play purchases. If something went wrong, write to us too – we are happy to help.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once the delivery has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal – which the store asks you to confirm when you buy.
6. Our content
The App, its catalogs, texts, illustrations and code are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of this to you.
7. Updates and availability
We improve the App over time, so updates may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep features you have paid for available in future versions, and an update never deletes your records. The App may occasionally need a current operating system version or an update to keep working. If we ever stop offering the App, the App and your records keep working on devices where the App is installed.
8. Our responsibility
We take great care to make the App reliable and its catalogs accurate as of their checked date. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content (in the EU, under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and national law), and nothing in these terms limits them.
Your records live only on your phone; please export them from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, including losses caused by relying on a hint without checking its source. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.
9. Complaints
If the App or content you bought does not work as described, please write to i2p30mk@gmail.com with the App version (shown on the About screen (More → About)), your device model and a short description of the problem. We reply to complaints within 14 days.
If you are a consumer in Poland, you can also get free help from your local consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their national consumer centre (ECC-Net).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in the courts of that country.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes will not affect purchases you have already made.
